Hi. I bought Franklin as the second wallet of this brand. My "thin fin" is a few years old and has become a bit too small. I have the impression that the quality of the leather has changed. The skin seems thinner and more papery. The new "franklin" meets my expectations in terms of size and functionality. There is no discussion here. We'll see in a few years when the patina and scratches will develop. Best regards.
Overall great quality and design. One thing that bugs me are the edges aren’t fully smooth out of the box. It didn’t seem well burnished and waxed at all. Mine was rough and had little strands hanging off, almost looked as if it wasn’t burnished at all. Would be a 5 star if that was better.
